FIVE GRAIN STEAM PAU

Ingredients

300g All-Purpose Flour
100g VH Quinoa 5 Grain Powder
½ tsp Instant Yeast
350-400ml Lukewarm water enough to make a non-sticky dough

Method
1. Mix all ingredients together, then leave it covered to rise till almost double in size
2. Punch down, knead and shape with filling as desired
3. Leave shaped buns to proof and rise again for about 30 mins, then steam till cooked, about 10-15 minutes
