Ingredients
| 300g | All-Purpose Flour |
| 100g | VH Quinoa 5 Grain Powder |
| ½ tsp | Instant Yeast |
| 350-400ml | Lukewarm water enough to make a non-sticky dough |
Method
1. Mix all ingredients together, then leave it covered to rise till almost double in size
2. Punch down, knead and shape with filling as desired
3. Leave shaped buns to proof and rise again for about 30 mins, then steam till cooked, about 10-15 minutes
