Ingredients
| 1 kg | Pork |
| 50ml | Black Bean Stew Sauce | 1 tsp | Portuguese sea salt |
| 600ml | Water |
Method
1. Blanch and sir-fry the pork till golden in color
2. Add black bean stew sauce, water in the pot, cook until boiled
3. Lower to medium heat and allow to simmer for about 20 to 30 mins until water almost dries up
Note: may choose pork ribs, chicken, or vegetarian food to cook
