STEAM FISH Serve 3-4

Ingredients

1 A fish (pomfret or cod fillets)
50g Ginger about
1 Spring Onion
1 Red Pepper cut into strips
30ml Water 30ml
20ml OS Light Black Soya Sauce

Method
1. Remove fish scales, internal organs & wash
2. Add light black bean sauce, water, and ginger, steamed for about 15 minutes,
3. Top with spring onion & red chili, ready to serve
