Ingredients
| 1 | A fish (pomfret or cod fillets) |
| 50g | Ginger about |
| 1 | Spring Onion |
| 1 | Red Pepper cut into strips |
| 30ml | Water 30ml |
| 20ml | OS Light Black Soya Sauce |
Method
1. Remove fish scales, internal organs & wash
2. Add light black bean sauce, water, and ginger, steamed for about 15 minutes,
3. Top with spring onion & red chili, ready to serve
