MUSHROOM SOUP

Ingredients

150g Fresh Shitake Mushrooms
150g Fresh Button Mushrooms
10 tbsp OC/OS Organic Oat Milk Powder
1 tsp VH Vegetarian G Seasoning
1 tsp OS Hand-Harvested Portuguese Sea Salt
500ml Water
Qs Pepper to taste

Method
1. Blend Shitake mushrooms to a fine paste
2. Slice the button mushrooms thinly
3. Saute both mushrooms over low fire till fragrant
4. Add in OC Oat Milk (premixed with 500ml water), Bring to boil,
5. Add Vegetarian G Seasoning Portuguese Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
6. Serve hot
