Ingredients
| 150g | Fresh Shitake Mushrooms |
| 150g | Fresh Button Mushrooms |
| 10 tbsp | OC/OS Organic Oat Milk Powder |
| 1 tsp | VH Vegetarian G Seasoning |
| 1 tsp | OS Hand-Harvested Portuguese Sea Salt |
| 500ml | Water |
| Qs | Pepper to taste |
Method
1. Blend Shitake mushrooms to a fine paste
2. Slice the button mushrooms thinly
3. Saute both mushrooms over low fire till fragrant
4. Add in OC Oat Milk (premixed with 500ml water), Bring to boil,
5. Add Vegetarian G Seasoning Portuguese Sea Salt and Pepper to taste
6. Serve hot
